Everyone had a great time playing with Declan’s new toys!
We had people chasing all over the house!
In addition to nerf guns, he got some nerf type swords as well.
It’s nice to know that there’s still some fun left in Grandpa!
Since we have no hope of seeing any snow in Texas, we were so happy that there was a little bit of snow on the farm and we got a chance to go sledding.
There wasn’t a lot of snow, but there was a thin layer of ice that we were able to pull the sleds on.
I tried pulling Grandpa, but he said it was too painful. I said he could pull me, all I could do the whole way down was cry “ouch, my butt”.
Grandma and Grandpa were really hamming it up.
Even the dog got in on the action.
Amongst other spoiling at Grandpa’s house, Declan also did some driver’s training.
(if only Brittney had known that there was driving involved, she might have gone too!)
Declan has been staging his knights around the house. I thought this was a pretty nice arrangement.
Watch out for the penguin’s of unusual size!
