Batter Up

Declan will be too old for T-Ball this year, he will have to play coach pitch, so we are starting to work on it with him. He hit off his T-ball for about 15 minutes practicing his swing, then I pitched him a few balls. He hit the third ball with a big smack. So Declan is pretty excited for the season to start!

We took Declan to see the new Chipmunk movie….Brittney didn’t want to take him with her and her friends (yes, she went to see the little kid movie with other teenagers…..at least I took my little brothers so I didn’t seem odd!)
He really liked it, and I have to say it was pretty entertaining for me as well….I’m not sure if Paul really enjoyed it.
Getting There

Declan has been working on his bike riding off and on for a while. Part of his requirements to get his Wolf Badge is that he has to be able to ride his bike, so we went to the park to practice. He’s getting there. He can even stay going for a while, til he freaks out and puts his feet down to stop.
That’s when he ran into the tree! Maybe next time.
