We visited the riverwalk on a nice fall day.  It was beautiful weather for a stroll.

I think Declan is the only one smaller than Grandma now

We took some nice pictures as we went along.

We even saw some baby ducks on the river bank.

lucky for the ducks, Declan always carries spare Doritos

Declan and Grandpa got close to the edge to feed the ducks.  Look at the beautiful flowers, that was what Grandma enjoyed seeing.

We may have pooped everyone out.  We took a nice long break on the benches.  We were hoping to hear the mariachi’s play, but regretfully we didn’t

    I really like the riverwalk. We went with all of our guests, and usually returned to College Station the same day!

    I’m not so up for those long days now. I usually would try to stay overnight for such a long trip.

    I’m glad it is just 20 minutes from the house. There are lots of things to do in the surrounding communities, but we are too lazy to drive to them most weekends.
